Welcome everyone to the first ever Preliminary Round! We had so many wonderful Entries. This I can tell you is the hardest cut I have ever had to do. I wish I had the patience to run a 40 odd person challenge but that is a just a biy to much for my brain to handle!

We have narrowed it down to 16. Anyone who made onto all 3 judges lists made it in first, followed by 2 lists and so on. When we got to the singles I put everyone else in a drawing for the final few places. I hope everyone will understand this was EXTREMELY hard.

Ok now that I have said my Peace I will announce the 16 finalists for this cycle.

ASSIGNMENT 1!!

Do to the amazing amount of entries and wanting to give more people a chance to compete. We have created A Sweet 16 Round to get us to the final Sweet 12!

I was not planning on using this theme this round, but sometimes things change.
I wanted to explain, so you all did not think it was going to be all the exact same themes as last cycle, because it won’t be. but…. this one is.

We are all new to this competition,and we want to know more about
each other. This photo should give us an idea of who you are.
We already know you are sweet, so we want to see other aspects
of your personality. This is a super extra special round and I want you to really think outside the box. This is your chance to wow us!!

4 will be eliminated so put your best foot forward. Good luck and always have fun!!!

First round will be judged on Composition and Creativity only. Later on we will add in the cavity(Sweet) factor.

Editing is allowed but please keep it very light. Less is more, when it comes to that.

Since we have so many entries you will have 3 days. Meaning Entries will be due by Thursday Evening at 9pm pst. Future rounds will have 2 day deadlines.

Mihnt Chocolatte by peaceloveleah

Being ridiculed because of her odd coloring has made Mihnt self conscious. She can’t pass a mirror without checking for flaws and is constantly swiping her tongue over her teeth for fear of having something lodged there.

Although, being lonely suits Mihnt’s shy nature and when it’s just her and her reflection, she feels safe. Sometimes, your reflection is the only real thing about you.

C.C.’s secret passion is spending time in his garage admiring his extensive collection of cars he’s remodeled, rebuffed, and brought back to life, save for his first car, the green one, which he’s kept in it’s original condition just as a reminder of where it all started. And although this has always been his place to get away from it all, he can’t help but wonder when he’ll meet that special girl that will complete him and give him a distraction this garage that can get lonely at times…

She is hopefully trying to make her way up the ranks towards the covenant black belt but will have to settle for second level yellow for…now.

Apple Split grew up in the slums of Sunset Valley. His father left when he was 5 years old and his mother struggled to pay the bills every month. She worked 2 jobs, so often Apple Split had few people to interact with and toys to play with.

As he got older, he became active in the local community center. He wanted to help the less fortunate kids and provide them with a safe, entertaining place to play at.

Unfortunately, as can be seen in the picture, the Marrows, Sunset Valley’s richest land developers have seen the local park where the children play and have decided to take the land for development.

This deeply hurts Apple. He tries to reason with the Marrows, but they simply do not care. Now, Apple is trying to keep his cool in front of the children. He has to be strong. He has to set an example.

Times can be hard, but like an apple, one must know when to be both sweet and sour.

Maui Punch Pixystix is a Daredevil, Charismatic, Childish, Excitable & Easily Impressed. So, when her friends double-dog-dared her to jump in central park’s fountain, she didn’t hesitate!

Due to her geeky exterior, Kiwi doesn’t attract much attention. When she introduces herself many rely on the pink/green hair or thick glasses for a first impression. But that all chances when she picks up a guitar. Winning hearts over with the six-stringed instrument has become a daily activity in Kiwi’s life. Besides being her friendship Miracle-Gro, the music works as a stress reliever. Kiwi Strawberry is determined to make them listen.

Despite however they may feel about each other, Cherry greets each of her house guests with a smile and an offer of food. She can’t expect others to be kind to her unless she is also kind to them…Plus it was one of the manners her mother raised her to have.
